Properly setting environmental variables.

-add “JAVA_HOME” in as “Variable name” in System Variables. Variable Value “C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_181”. -Edit “Path”, add “%JAVA_HOME%\bin” and “%JAVA_HOME%\bin\server” without quotes.

-If there is excess comma in any of these values use “Edit” button to set the values.

elasticsearch.bat OR elasticsearch-service*.bat should run fine.
